About AoM

Origins

Architecture of Muses was born from a deep desire to explore the unseen threads connecting spirituality, creativity, and innovation. I'm Paige Howell Taylor—a designer, educator, and lifelong seeker—curious about the way these disciplines shape, challenge, and open us.

This project began as a dream of designing immersive art experiences, but over time, it has evolved into a platform for conversation. My background in graphic design, my period of teaching, and my ongoing spiritual practice have all shaped how I listen, ask questions, and create.

Here, I speak with creators of all kinds, technologists, spiritual thinkers, and anyone navigating the liminal spaces between disciplines. Everyone has a story. Everyone has something to teach.

This is a space for thoughtful dialogue, internal reflection, and shared imagination. Welcome!

My experience

I’ve spent over two decades as a graphic designer, creative consultant, artist, and educator—working at the intersection of communication, creativity, and intention. For eight years, I taught Graphic Design at Georgia State University, where I also explored installation art and the evolution of User Experience. My academic path includes a BFA from GSU, and a Master of Science in Information Design and Technology from Georgia Tech. It is there where I began investigating the convergence of art and design, technology, and consciousness.

Throughout my career, I’ve loved the diversity that the design field offers—not just in media, but in meaning. I’ve worked on everything from user interfaces and app prototypes to websites, brand identities, printed collateral, surface design, animation, and video editing. I enjoy design in all its forms, and the constant evolution of the field keeps me engaged both professionally and personally.

Whether I’m crafting a visual system or shaping a narrative, I’m always seeking clarity, resonance, and connection. One of the greatest gifts of this path has been the opportunity to meet people with incredible stories—visionaries, builders, thinkers, and seekers—whose work and perspectives have left a lasting impact. It’s these kinds of personal narratives that inspire Architecture of Muses.

My vision

Architecture of Muses is the culmination of years spent asking deeper questions—not just about creativity or technology, but about humanity, soul, mortality, and story. My vision is to create a space where conversations spark new ways of seeing, where disciplines blend into something more expansive, and where listeners feel seen, inspired, and reminded of their own inner voice.

As a designer, I’ve always been drawn to paradigm shifts—those moments when new tools or perspectives reshape how we see and create. Today, we’re living through one of the most profound shifts in recent history with the rise of artificial intelligence. I’m deeply curious about how AI is transforming the creative process, how we can harness it ethically and imaginatively, and where our uniquely human ingenuity still holds irreplaceable power.

Architecture of Muses is my way of exploring these questions—through stories, conversations, and reflections that honor not just what’s emerging, but what endures. Whether it’s through design, spirituality, science, or art, this project is about listening, reflecting, and discovering what arises when we hold space for what lies between.
